Lamborghini and Secretlabs Create a Gaming Chair

Lamborghini, a leading manufacturer of luxury sports cars, is partnering with Secretlab, a Singaporean furniture company, to make unique gaming chairs. Together, they'll create the Automobili Lamborghini lineup of gaming seats, with covers taken from Real Race (a global racing simulator competition) seats. There will be two versions, the Pinnacle Edition and the standard version, both slated for a 2022 release.

The Pinnacle Edition of the Automobili Lamborghini gaming chair will employ Alcantara, a synthetic textile material, and a carbon fiber top plate. Alcantara is made through advanced spinning, chemical, and textile production processes and is made of 68% polyester and 32% polyurethane. It is very durable, stain-resistant, and feels like suede. The chars will also have a visible Lamborghini logo at the back of the seat and Verde accents, standing out from other gaming chair models on the market.

Co-founder and chief executive for Secretlab, Ian Ang, stated that the company shares the same attention to detail as Lamborghini. It is a dream come true for Secretlab to combine Lamborghini's performance-driving design with its famous ergonomics and cutting-edge technologies. So far, no prices for both editions of the Automobili Lamborghini chairs have been announced.

Secretlab has had substantial success with its line of gaming chairs so far, having sold its millionth chair in 2020. Several gaming publications named Secretlabs Omega 2020 the best gaming chair in 2019, and the company saw a massive increase in revenue as the COVID-19 pandemic hit and people massively started working from home.

Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. is one of the most famous Italian manufacturers of SUVs and luxury sports cars. Their legacy of sports cars dates back to the mid-1960s. Volkswagen Group owns the company these days, with the help of its subsidiary, Audi.
